Deposits/Cancellation Policy
● ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Your scheduled time represents the time you have booked, but also time that can't be claimed by another.
● Your deposit will go towards your scheduled session, when you show up for that set date.
● If you must reschedule your appointment, you must let us know via email at least 3 days before your scheduled time in order to apply your deposit to a new date. (Read your artist deposit details specifically for them). If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to get on the schedule.
● All reschedules must be within the artist’s current booking time frame. If you need to reschedule further out than when the artist is booking, you will need to restart your booking process and the appointment will require a new deposit.
● If you no-show or fail to notify us of a cancellation 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit
your deposit. A new deposit will be required or you will be unable to book an appointment in the future.
● For pre-made/flash designs, your deposit is applicable only to your claimed design. Any change in concept prior to the appointment will require a new deposit and might result in the forfeiture of your appointment. If you change the design after scheduling, you can also forfeit your deposit if the artist has already drafted your design. Before submitting an application, please narrow down your ideas.
● You cannot get tattoo while you're nursing or pregnant. You will lose your deposit. So please don't book if you are nursing or pregnant or plan to be.
● Deposits are not transferable to another artist or client. The artist only agreed to take on your project during that request. If it's a different project, most likely the artist wouldn't have accepted previously.
● Please email us at least 3 days before your schedule time to reschedule or you will forfeit your deposit if you show up the appointment with a sunburn or injuries on the area where we plan on tattooing. A new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.
● If you have booked for multiple sessions and are unable to show up to one of the appointments, you will forfeit that day's deposit. You cannot roll over your deposit when you miss the appointment.
